Place your catering order directly with your preferred restaurant or caterer. Once the order is confirmed, return to the DLIVRIT scheduling form to book your delivery and setup if needed.
What areas does DLIVRIT serve?
DLIVRIT currently delivers throughout the state of Pennsylvania, with new cities being added as we expand our driver network. If your delivery is outside our main coverage area, contact us we often accommodate extended-range requests.
Who handles the setup at events?
Setup is handled by the DLIVRIT team. Our trained delivery specialists bring everything inside, place it where you need it, organize trays and racks, and ensure your catering is ready to serve. The food is always prepared by your chosen restaurant or caterer.
Can I request a specific DLIVRIT driver for my catering delivery?
Yes. Clients and partners may request a preferred DLIVRIT driver. If that driver is available at the requested date and time, we will assign them to your delivery. If they are unavailable, another trained DLIVRIT driver will be scheduled to ensure your order is handled professionally.

How early should I schedule my delivery?
We recommend scheduling at least 24 hours in advance for the best availability. Same day requests are accepted.
Do you deliver to homes, offices, and event venues?
Yes. DLIVRIT delivers to homes, offices, schools, hospitals, event spaces, and more. If you have a specific location in mind, let us know and we’ll confirm coverage.
Do DLIVRIT drivers communicate during delivery?
Yes. A DLIVRIT driver will keep you updated throughout the delivery process, including pickup confirmation, estimated arrival time, and drop-off completion.
What happens if the restaurant is running behind schedule?
If the restaurant is delayed, a DLIVRIT driver will notify you immediately. We stay on site to ensure the full order is collected and delivered as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Do you provide hot bags, insulated carriers, and catering carts?
Yes. All DLIVRIT drivers are required to have professional catering bags, insulated carriers, and a catering cart to ensure safe, organized transport of your order.
What if my event runs late?
If your event time changes, contact us as soon as possible. In many cases, we can adjust the delivery time based on driver availability.
Can I schedule recurring or weekly deliveries?
Yes. DLIVRIT supports recurring deliveries for businesses, offices, and organizations. Contact us to set up a custom schedule.
Do you offer last-minute or emergency delivery?
We accept urgent delivery requests when drivers are available. Reach out and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.
How does payment work?
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You will receive:
• A Stripe payment receipt
• A DLIVRIT confirmation email with full delivery details
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds depend on the timing of cancellation. If the driver has not yet been dispatched, a refund may be issued. Once the driver is en route, the delivery fee becomes non-refundable.
Can I change my delivery time after booking?
Yes, if the change is made before the driver is dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll adjust if coverage allows.
